The Sellaronda is a highlight on your ski holidays! The best known ski resort on the Dolomites, the Sellaronda, is located not far from our hotel. The roundabout of the Sellamassiv on the skis can be made either clockwise (orange) or counterclockwise (green).

Sellaronda TIPS

The beautiful Edelweiss valley can be visited in both directions, but it is recommended to start early in the morning, in order to be on time for the return trip. There are many huts and restaurants along both routes. The Sellaronda requires good skiing skills and 5 - 6 hours of time.

Tours

SELLARONDA - ORANGE ROUTE

3,5 km clockwise along the Sella mountains. You will start in Wolkenstein at the Dantercepies to the Grödner Joch, then descend to Corvara, continue to Campolongo Pass, then descend to Arabba. With the exciting cable car Portavescovo to the Pont de Vauz, descent to Fedom and further to the Pordoi Joch and over Canazei again up to the Sella Joch. Subsequent long valley run to Wolkenstein. Eventually the return trip to Kastelruth can be made over the Seceda or Seiser Alm.

SELLARONDA - GREEN ROUTE

From Ciampinoi to Plan de Gralba to the Sellajoch, crossing the stone town. Descent to Canazei through the Salei Valley. Ascent to the Pordoi Joch, descent to Arabba and to the Campolongo Pass. Afterwards a nice descent to Colfosco with the cable car Cir and then to Wolkenstein in Val Gardena. Return via Seceda or Seiser Alm possible.
