Kaiserjägerstrasse (1808)

You can reach the Kaiserjägerstrasse from Caldonazzo or from Lèvico Terme. The lower part has unfortunately been built-up in the last few years, only the middle part has remained almost as it was formerly. The Middle section is a single-lane and therefore particularly narrow in the tunnels. Car and motorcycle do not always have space next to each other. On the plateau one has several possibilities: Passo di Vezzena, Lavarone, Passo di Sommo, Passo di Vena etc. From the road you have a wonderful view of the Val Sugana valley and the Caldonazzo lake. The Käiserjägerstrasse was created during the First World War by the Austrians to supply the positions on the high plateau of the "Sette Comuni".
