SEISER ALM BALANCE 07.05.2024 to 09.07.2024

Being outdoors, taking pleasure in the forests and mountains, enjoying some physical activity and, at the same time, discovering the peaceful, relaxing joy of the countryside. That’s what Seiser Alm Balance is all about.

The events will be held every week in the villages of Kastelruth, Seis am Schlern, Völs am Schlern and Tiers am Rosengarten, and are suitable for both adults and teenagers.

Morning hike to the Tschafon mountain refuge with moutaineer breakfast

During the guided hike from St. Zyprian to the Tschafon mountain hut with Egon, a breathtaking view of the surrounding Dolomites awaits you. In the cosy family-run Tschafon mountain refuge you will enjoy a special mountaineer breakfast with regional products.

Thursday: 09.05., 16.05., 23.05., 30.05., 06.06., 13.06., 20.06., 27.06.2024 from 7:00 – 11:30 am

Meeting point: Parking place Weißlahnbad/Bagni di Lavina Bianca in St. Zyprian

Registration: until 3:00 pm on the day before the event
