TREKKING: Fiè Lake
The walk begins at the valley station of the Seiser Alm cable car and leads firstly towards Salegg and shortly afterwards over a beautiful woodland trail (no. 2) through the Hauenstein forest. A slight descent takes you down to a wooden bridge which crosses the „Strasser Graben“ before heading uphill again, over the beautiful „Tschurtsch“ meadow with a view over the nearby Schlern, and up to Völser Weiher lake.The path to Völs am Schlern (no. 1) takes you past the Zimmerlehen manor and a few farms, leading down through Obervöls and on to the village centre. We return home by shuttle bus (no. 2).
