General conditions for you stay at Abinea

The prices are per person/day for a stay of at least 6 nights, including a plentiful breakfast buffet with natural products (from 7.30 - 11 am) and a 4 - 5 course evening meal with a choice (from 6.30 pm - 8 pm).
Additional charge until 30% for stays less than 6 nights.
Reduction of € 8,00 per person/day off the half board price for bed and breakfast.
Price reduction of 20% off the half board price for the 3rd and further person over 16 years, sharing the same room.
Surcharge of 50% for single occupancy of a double room.
Rooms can be occupied after 2 pm. Please leave your room before 11 am on day of departure.
Please inform us, if you arrive after 6 pm.
Special room numbers or floors cannot be booked.
Pets are allowed only on request. We charge € 15,00 without food. Pets are not allowed in the dining rooms, wellness area and roof garden.
To confirm a booking we require a deposit of 30% of the total price.
You can pay in cash with Euro. We also accept Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard.
Our TIP: travel insurance will cover you for cancellation costs and can be bought from all travel agents or by internet.
Our cancellation policy:
- cancellation from 60 until 30 days before arrival is subject to a charge of € 50,00
- cancellations from 29 until 14 days before arrival are subject to payment of 30% of the full stay
- cancellations under 14 days before arrival are subject to payment of 80% of the full stay
- Late arrivals and early departures incur in the payment of the full amount of the reservation
To avoid being charged with penalties for late arrival or reservation cancellation due to illness or other serious impediments, we recommend that you take out a travel insurance policy.
Children reduction: Sharing the same room with parents
- under 2 years with baby bed: -80%
- one child from 2 until 15 years: -30%
- every further child from 2 until: -40%
